Return & Exchange Policy
1. General Terms
- Time Limit: You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return (14-day cooling-off period applies to EU orders, see below).

Eligibility Criteria:
- Items must be in brand-new, unused condition (unworn, untried, with tags intact) and original packaging unopened (including seals, shrink wraps, etc.).
- Proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, etc.) is required.
- Shipping Fees: Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility (unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped, subject to prior confirmation with customer service).
2. Application Process
- Initiate Request: Contact us at hello@cheriefulbeauty.com to explain the return reason and provide your order details.
- Instructions: If approved, we will send a return address and shipping label (note: some cases may require you to cover shipping fees). Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.
3. Special Cases
3.1 Damages & Issues
- Inspect your order upon delivery. For defective, damaged items or wrong shipments, contact us within 24 hours with photos/videos for verification. We will assist in resolution (shipping fees covered by us in such cases).
3.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants, etc.);
- Customized products (personalized items, special orders);
- Personal care items (beauty products, skincare, etc. for hygiene reasons);
- Hazardous materials (flammable liquids, gases), sale items, and gift cards.
3.3 Exchanges
The quickest way to get a different item is to return the original product first. Once the return is accepted, place a new order separately.
4. EU-Specific Terms
- For orders shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receipt for any reason, provided:
- The item is unused, with original packaging and tags intact;
- You bear the return shipping costs (unless the item is faulty).
5. Refund Policy
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval status within 10 business days.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you haven’t received the refund within 15 business days, contact hello@cheriefulbeauty.com for assistance.
