At Cherieful Beauty, your satisfaction means everything to us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns of unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition you received them.
Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any items that have been opened, tried on, or used.
How to Start a Return
To begin your return, please email us at hello@cheriefulbeauty.com with:
● Your order number
● The item(s) you’d like to return
● A brief reason for the return
We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us at hello@cheriefulbeauty.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
